"I would like to see better public transpotation. Rail, subways, street cars etc connecting our neighborhoods."
"Encourage mixed-income neighborhoods
- Encourage more landscaping and greenery in public places
- Create incentive for developers to "go green"
- Make Downtown the place to be in Cincinnati.
- Increase access to the riverfront
- Give apartment complexes access to recycling"

"Parking requirements need to be reduced or eliminated for this neighborhood to develop into something more than a pseudo-walkable demonstration of "new urbanist" ideas."
"I've lived in several other cities and what I've appreciated about returning to Cincinnati is that the city is very green and has great parks, wooded medians and hillsides, to the point where it's hard to tell that it's a massive concrete city. I also really like the sense of neighborhoods. Cincinnati seems to be built around distinct neighborhood squares that seem like they would be perfect for a mass transit system similar to Boston where neighborhood business districts are connected. Investing in that infrastructure would not only stimulate small and local business in those neighborhoods, but also unify the city so that neighborhoods don't feel so isolated and can rely on each other for infrastructure and support. "
"My thoughts on what makes a city great are: cultural diversity, going green, mass transit, and being a more liberal city, and open its doors to Hollywood more. Cincinnati is not culturally diverse--just half white and black, Cincinnati doesn't seem to care much about global warming and conservation and mass transit, and it is too conservative of a town. I am planning on moving out of Cincinnati to a city that actually has its act together. Cincinnati has the potential and I would love to stay, see it grow and prosper. "
"Cincinnati should impose a growth boundary to curb sprawl. The boundary should be I-275. No further development beyond 275 should occur. Infill development and development of brownfields and underutilized parcels shall occur!"
